Our vision at Ke Ali'i O Ka Malu is very simple --- to share the love of God though the beautiful artistry of hula. Ke Ali'i O Ka Malu, which translates to "Prince of Peace" (a "nickname" for Jesus), was conceived on April 19, 1994. It's founder and instructors are Christians who have chosen as its' repertoire Hula 'Auana (modern dances), well-selected Hula Kahiko (ancient dances), Polynesian dances, as well as Christian hula. It is our primary goal to promote the Hawaiian language, songs, dance and history while honoring its' creator, our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
